Throughout the course of your two year training contract, we will seek to ensure that you have gained experience in the following departments:

Seat Rotation
Seat rotation will, depending on business needs and requirements, take the following structure:
Seat 1: September – December
Seat 2 (during attendance at IPLS): January – December
Seat 3: January – August
Learning and Development
Each trainee will have a supervising Partner (Master) and a supervising Solicitor / Associate (Mentor).
Your Master and Mentor will meet with you at the outset of your training contract to set some initial learning objectives and development goals and these will be revisited and reviewed throughout the course of your contract.
Training and development is supplemented with regular internal training sessions and seminars with a hands on approach involving lawyers across all levels of our firm, from newly qualified solicitors to senior Partners.
